These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchase of digital products from Busy Lil Minds.

By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY

All Busy Lil Minds products are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

2. ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once access is provided.

3. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

All materials are the intellectual property of Word Up Tutoring LLC. Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable license for personal or classroom use only.

Resale, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
