Busy Lil Minds is a DBA of Word Up Tutoring LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on Busy Lil Minds are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to files upon purchase, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed and access to the digital files is provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Access & Download Support

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchased files (such as a broken or expired download link), we are happy to help.

In such cases, we will:

• Provide a new download link, or

• Offer an alternative method to access the files

This support is provided in place of refunds, not as a refund of the purchase amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Accidental purchases

• Lack of usage or dissatisfaction after downloading

• Incompatibility with your device or software

• Failure to download files within the provided timeframe
